Transfers

Hola a todos! 

This week was awesome! It was my last week with Elder Ramirez. I don’t have tons of time so I will just write a few highlights and a cool story from the week. 

Highlights 

- I got transferred! I’m with Elder Heumann from Midvale. We both only have 3 transfers in the mission. We’re in Actopan which is a super cool city with tons of work! 

- I will be district leader here! I’m scared but so excited for this new challenge 

- The catholic missionaries used our bathroom! 

Story: We have been teaching a partial member family. We were able to put Raúl their son on date for baptism, but the cool story is about their daughter Alejandra. We visited her once last week and she didn’t seem super interested. The next time we were in the area we decided not to go by her house. The next time we were near (last Tuesday) we decided to stop by and see how she was. Turns out she had been praying for a sign that God could help her and how she could fix things in her life. She finished praying Tuesday and looked out her window and Elder Ramirez and I were walking down the street toward her house. This was such a cool story, and we were able to be the answer to her prayer. She is super excited to learn more now and is progressing great!
